We have been through a lot in Bachama land and Numan Federation at large. This is good news to those who have a lot of questions in respect to voter registration that The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) will commence registration nationwide. It’s been a while that this exercise was conducted and in preparation to 2019 general elections. This is done to enable those that have attained the age of eighteen to register; it will also enable those that have not had the opportunity to collect their PVCs (Permanent Voter’s Card).
